How do I book a tour?

Send the form on this site, or call the office. Tours run during posted hours.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs and cats are welcome, with a deposit. Breed limits are listed on the application.

Is parking included?

One stall is assigned with the lease. Extra stalls, when open, are billed monthly.

When can I move in?

Dates sit on each plan. The office will confirm a key date when you apply.

Which utilities do I pay?

Electric, internet, and a water allocation. Trash is in the rent.

What lease terms do you offer?

Twelve months is standard. Shorter terms are quoted when a home is open.

What income do you require?

Gross household income of three times the rent, or a qualified guarantor.

Is smoking allowed?

No. The building, the pool deck and the courtyard are smoke-free.

Where is the leasing office?

On the ground floor, facing the avenue, through the lobby.
